Use Theta Healing to See the Best in all Situations

Everyone knows a really good person who has had something devastating happen.  Perhaps that describes you.  So many times when that happens, we don’t know how to find the good in it.  We don’t know how to see beyond the moment and the intense emotions present.  Even as the event subsides, we don’t know how to let it go so that the opportunities, the possibilities emerge and make their way to our conscious awareness.  I have found ThetaHealing™ to be a wonderful way to teach your brain to search for the good in every situation – to look for how change can be beneficial.

Let’s face it – we all want tragedy “fixed”.  And, we want it now.  Of course!  But, sometimes the perceived tragedies are pathways to a new way of being that will allow for more peace and joy.  However, you have to be willing to receive that understanding for your perception to see it that way and allow it to play out that way.  Otherwise, it can overtake your life and hijack your thoughts.

  • Would you like to know that you deserve to live your life in this way?
  • Would you like to know that it is possible to live your life in this way?
  • Would you like to know what it feels like to live your life in this way?
  • Would you like to know that change can be good?
  • Would you like to be able to really believe that?
  • Would you like to know how to live your life expecting change to be good?
  • Would you like to know what that would feel like?
  • Would you like to have all this in your life now, today, this moment?

Watch how you react to situations as they come up in your life now.  Has your attitude softened?  You only allowed what you were willing to acknowledge as possible and right for you.  It may be just a softening or it may completely change your outlook on life.  Watch and see which it was for you.  Just the fact that you are reading this indicates that, on some level, you are ready for change.  See what change can do for your life.  You can always change back to do things the way you’ve done them before. But, you may decide you like the new change.

To add an additional incentive, as your outlook softens and you find the good in situations, you will begin to attract more good into your life.  It is not necessary to have tragedy to find good.  Perhaps this will be your first step toward that being your reality.

You Are The Reality That You Seek

You are the reality you seek.

You look around and find fault. Yet, you are the co-creator of what you see.

You and the Creator create and manifest your life. Your thoughts and beliefs set up your unique vibration. Your unique vibration attracts like vibrations.

If what you project is not what you want, change your thoughts and beliefs to reflect what you want.

Scientists tell us that your brain cannot differentiate between your thoughts and your imagination.  If you can’t feel what you’d like in your life, imagine it.  Imagine it as if it were real.  And continue to imagine it until it becomes your reality.  It sounds a bit crazy, I know.  But, isn’t it worth a try?  If nothing else, you will begin to have a better outlook and mood.  But, I’ll bet you will start to see changes.  As your mood changes, your outlook changes.  As your outlook changes, your vibration changes.  As your vibration changes, what you attract changes.  So, you see, you really are the reality you seek.

So simple.  So easy. So effective.
