Inflexibility

Where are you inflexible in your life? Are you inflexible about life, how you view it, how you understand it, how you live it? Are you inflexible about relationships, what they look like, how they work, what they bring? Are you inflexible about love, what it is, how it has to be, who it has to be with? Are you inflexible about what is right and what is wrong? Where are you inflexible in your life?

To move forward spiritually with the most grace and ease, wonder and awe, harmony and balance… flexibility is key. As your vibration changes, your understandings about things may change. If you are able to be flexible and release what no longer works and embrace what does, your enjoyment of life will be much better.

And, remember… there is no rule that says you have to change each place in your life where you find you are inflexible one by one. Ask to know if there are any you need to investigate more thoroughly. If not, you can do a “blanket change”. You can pull all the non-serving inflexible beliefs and associated feelings at once and download unconditional love, flexibility, openness, joy and peace in their place. Be flexible in that too!

Flexibility is good for the body, mind, and spirit. The more you stretch, the more flexible you become. The more flexible you become, the more fun you can have. Enjoy!

I AM _________

We frequently communicate with others by saying “I am _____”. We think nothing of it. However, your subconscious is cataloguing it all. On some level, you are making an identification of who you think you are. Yet, to you saying it, it seems descriptive of your feelings.

As you begin to spiritually identify with the concept of “just” BEing (i.e. I AM), using those “I am ____” indicators can really confuse the subconscious which is always working behind the scenes. This can easily cause what in ThetaHealing we call dual beliefs – where you believe both versions of a belief. An example would be that you believe both “I love myself.” and “I hate myself.” When you have dual beliefs, it slows the flow of your Divine soul energy and can cause you to be thrown out of harmony and balance with you own life.

“I am” statements are very powerful. You can use them to empower yourself or you can continue to use them indiscriminately and potentially suffer from it.

A statement like “I am tired.” may seem harmless enough. But, is it really? Instead, regularly make “I am” statements that embody what is “good” about you and/or what you choose to know about you such as “I am awesome.” “I am powerful.” “I am amazing.” “I am compassionate.” “I am pure love.” Whatever makes you feel really good when you say it would be a great way to begin. Take a few moments throughout the day to go over your list of statements. Feel the positive energy of doing that. Then allow that energy to continue to be what you experience throughout the day. It’s easy. And, it will make you more aware of the times when you are saying things that don’t align with the best version of you. It will truly make a positive difference in your life that you will notice.

So, all together now… “I am beautiful.” “I am awesome.” “I am powerful.” How does that feel? I like it!
